Important Information:
  • It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price to confirm your reservation. The rest of the payment will be made at arrival.

  • The delivery of the keys will take place in our reception at Puerta Catedral Studios (Hernando Colon St. nș 12) just 50 metres away from Puerta Catedral I and Puerta Catedral II.

  • Check-in time is from 3 pm (if before check it with us) to 8 pm. 

  • For late check-in (after 8 pm) please contact us for special conditions.

  • Please contact us in advance to inform about your estimated arrival time.
Cancellation Policies:
  • 30 days before check in, 15% charge of the total stay.

  • 30 to 15 days before check in, 35% charge of the total stay.

  • 15 days before check in, 50% charge of the total stay.
